"We lived in a swampland. Dosen't sound like much but it was nice. My mom and dad took real good care fo me and my siblings. Nothing bad ever really happened until Aart took me as his mate. We were just a small family pack that lived rather boringly with nothing spectactular in out lives." She smiled happy that her childhood was good as some wolves wern't that lucky. It was her in between time in life that went downhill. |

"This place is much better." she said looking around once again. "It's so pretty and the light reflects off everthing." Her smile grew as she spoke and she tried to control it, fighting it to go away. "You're lucky to have a place like this." |

He laughed. "I know. It's great that you're here too though. It makes it all much better.", he added softly, kindly. Kaine looked around the land in which he was on. My land,he realized. It was so weird thinking of it that way. And as of right now, he had no one to share it with.

She sighed and sat contently admiring the sceneary around her. She was surprised at the beauty of it compared to what she was used to. The air was clean, the water clear, and the grass green. Her smile stayed bright on her face as she took it all in. She really didn't want to leave knowing it would be hard to find another place like this. Grinning she looked over to the male who was close by. "Would you like my comapany here forever?" she asked wondering what it would be like to be in an actual pack again though this one was small. |

"Yes, it sounds perfect.", he grinned, happy that she would stay. The sun was setting, casting a beautiful pinkish hue over everything. But nothing compared, he thought, to the wolf next to him.

She smiled and layed her head down next to him. "I'm glad you think it's a good idea." She yawned as the sun set and closed her eyes still smiling as she fell into a light sleep. |

Kaine smiled, watching Lilly drift into a light sleep, a peaceful smile on her face. He lay down too, and fell asleep. He dreampt this time of the time he had spent here, the wolf he had encountered.

Lilly woke to the rising sun with a large yawn. She sneezed in the morning dew, and looked around blinking her eyes. She giggled realizing they both had slept outside. Seeing Kaine though made her smile. Streaching and moaning she searched out some water and lapped it up thirstily. |

The male woke up out of a peaceful dream feeling fully rested. Remembering with a start as to how he had waken up outside, he relaxed, recalling falling asleep. He looked around for Lilly, not finding her far off lapping up water from an old puddle. Her coat shone in the morning dew and sun, the female's ears perked. "Good morning.", he called out contently, sitting up and stretching the cramps out of his bones. "There is a stream nearby, the one I showed you, you know.", he teased playfully.

Lilly laughed. "This does just fine you smart alec." she said rolling her eyes. Shaking her fur off she trotted towards him with a big smile. "How was your night?" she asked sitting down next to him. |

Kaine stuck his toungue out further at the playful taunt childishly, but he wagged his tail. Kaine smiled. "It was good, though I was a little startled when I found myself awake on the grass.", he replied. "What about you?"

"It worked just fine for me," she said with a smile. Her tail also wagged beating the ground and every once in a while brushing up against Kaine. She let a sigh escape her mouth and looked to the sky. |

"Good to hear.", he replied, smiling. The day was an overcast one, the clouds, for now, appearing heavy with rain and blocking the sun. He frowned. It had seemed fine just a couple of minutes ago.....Kaine shrugged. Oh well. "It looks like it will storm soon, it'd be good for some more water, since you seem to insist on drinking water from mud puddles.", he grinned.

Lilly snorted, and stuck her tounge out at him. "You think you're so funny." she said shaking her head. She stood and put both her front feet on him to push him over. "I kinda like it." |
