Just watch my wildest dreams come true, not one of them involving you...I bounded into the area, flames spraying from my tail. My eyes burned with the flames that danced around me. My perfect bleach blonde fur had turned bright orange. I tried to shake it off but I was just so angry. I knew there was no way for me to shake this off. I lifted up my head and let out a long, deep howl. Flames spewed from my mouth as I continued to breathe out this cry. The trees shook in fear as birds took to the sky above me. I had only recently found out that I was a shapeshifter. I had shifted into a fire wolf once before when I got angry. But I had embraced it. I still didn't know how to call it without being angry. I shook out my fur and stomped my feet, trying to calm down before anyone found me. I could smell females in the area. All around me. Laughing, groaning, barking. Also there were males. My vision through the flames was making it hard to see. I blinked, trying to see, but everything glowed bright orange. I shook my head, trying to see, but there was nothing.

Galadriel::
Finally. While my brother slept maybe three or more miles away, I finally escaped his overprotective nature to wander alone. Of course, I wasn't sure where I was, but that didn't bother me for now. I just wanted to be free. Aragorn didn't get it, but all his stupid rules were just making me rebellious. But I guess all sisters hate protective brothers... although I supposed I should be grateful. He did lose a pack, the safety and our mother, because he wanted me to be okay. To be so young and so responsible was an accomplishment. And his being responsible let me be careless. And so, I snuck away to wherever this was, not expecting anything but a fun adventure in the skies.
My wings spread out to blanket the air around me and build my speed. I tucked them slightly and leaned downward, soaring faster toward the ground. Aragorn was nowhere in sight. A cheerful, musical laugh rang out around me, my eyes smiling with me. I did a quick corkscrew spin before touching to the ground and running, wings still outstretched as I gave way to the freedom. It was better than I could have imagined, and I didn't even have Aragorn nagging at me and glancing nervously constantly. But soon I wondered if it would be more fun with some other company. Never my brother of course, he didn't know what fun was. But someone else, anyone, to talk to or run with. And almost as soon as the thought crossed my mind, I came across a scent, another wolf. Male. I smiled and looked around.
I noticed the grass around me was singed and I sat down. My brother was a fire wolf, but it didn't smell like Aragorn. And so I studied the smell and took to the skies again, searching for the other wolf. It didn't take long as the trail was fresh. Then I saw him, a red flaming wolf running across the land. I twisted my head to the side and watched him. He looked upset, and so I hesitated to meet him. But then I wondered if he might need some company, like myself, and I once again tucked my wings and soared down. First I flew past him, landing a few feet ahead of him, near his possible path of travel. Then I sat down and waited, hoping he wouldn't be angry.

Spike Just watch my wildest dreams come true, Not one of them involving you...I glanced up just in time to see a small white winged wolf soar down in front of me. She landed a few feet in front of me, with a worried expression on her face. I tilted my head to the side, wondering what she could possibly want. My eyebrows furrowed and I silently scoffed. "Excuse me? What do you want?" I didn't mean to be rude, but I was kind of trying to relax at the moment. The roaring of the flames dimmed some, and I could see a little better. I calmed down some when I looked at her. She was beautiful. Her wings still stretched to full length. My eyebrows relaxed and the flames calmed down until I was only glowing orange. My red eyes searched over her body. I turned to face her directly. "Heh, sorry I was so rude. My name is Spike." I glanced down. I took a few steps so that I was only five feet away from her. "Why are you all alone?" I asked.

Galadriel::
The flaming male stopped and I watched him curiously. At first his words hurt, stinging like a slap in the face, but I was observant and I knew he was mad already. It wasn't me. He calmed and slowly changed to glow orange, eyes still red. He was a little intimidating, but I wasn't going to act all scared. That would make my brother feel he needed to be a little safer. And I didn't think I could take much more safety. So I watched the male. He told me his name was Spike and apologized for being rude. "That's okay. I have my bad days too." I smiled sweetly, to ease the conversation. "My name is Galadriel." I pulled my wings in and watched him, again curiously.
The summer air was warm and I could hardly believe that Spike was glowing with fire, full flame just moments ago. But I assumed fire wolves were used to the heat. After all, most did live in volcanoes. I looked at him again, this time examining him. I tried to not look like I was staring, and gave him the once-over. He was white, like me, with deep brown eyes. I noticed some scattered scars, but I said nothing. His position was elegant, in an awe-inspiring way. It was hard to look away. He was obviously good looking, and his muscles rippled beneath his fur, giving him a tougher look. I had to assume he had a mate, or maybe he was a pack alpha.

Spike Just watch my wildest dreams come true, not one of them involving you...I flexed my muscles a little, trying to calm down even more. I was still shifted, but underneath I was still white. I took a deep breath. Her name was Galadriel. I tried it out in my mouth. "Galadriel." It flowed so well in my deep, musical voice. "Beautiful name" I looked down and my fur had turned back to platinum blonde. My eyes back to blue. I smiled again. Why did this wolf have such an effect on me? Most females, I would mate and then walk away. But this one held me. She consumed me and transformed me. Literally. It started to irritate me, but I did not let it. I took another deep, controlled breath. The wind blew somewhat harder than the gentle breeze that whispered through the trees. I looked to the sky and saw dark, ominous clouds, threatening on the horizon. The air shifted into a humid, cooler blanket that clouded my lungs. I knew that something big, and powerful was on it's way and I did not want to be in it's path. I looked to her, then the sky. I felt a small raindrop splash on top of my head. With the feeling of water on my pelt, the color shifted instantly back to deep red. My eyes flamed to red again, and I sighed. I saw a look of shock and fear in her eyes. I had to explain. "There is nothing to be afraid of dear. I only changed because of water. If I touch water, there is nothing I am able to do to stop it. I have to change." I explained to her as I to a small frightened child. My voice adopted a soothing, smooth, calm tone. I looked back up to the sky and saw that the fast moving clouds were almost on top of us. My fur flamed even more. I looked to her with a worried expression. "We must get to shelter. Fast." [/blockquote]

Galadriel::
I watched Spike change and smiled. He was actually not that harsh looking when he wasn't on fire. I was about to say more when the rain started to come. Only a few drops, but I could tell it was coming. I hated big storms and I knew Aragorn was going to wake up pretty soon, with the storm on top of him and all. I debated what to do, but fear of the huge storm blocked my mind. Spike changed back and I was somewhat disappointed, but I had other things to worry about. Spike must have seen the fear in my eyes because he tried to calm me down, thinking he was the reason. I smiled some. "Oh, it's okay. My brother's a fire wolf so I'm used to that...it's more the storm that worries me. I've never liked big storms, and this looks big."
I looked up to see the massive black clouds hurling our way and a deep sick feeling raided my stomach. I shook a little, but tried to be brave. The biggest problem that caused my fear, was I couldn't fly through a storm like that. I'd be a lightning rod trying to fly above trees, so much energy flowing through me... Aragorn had taught me that. And it really made sense. Spike brought up the need for shelter and I nodded. No way I was going to stay out here in the storm. I looked around and wished I could fly up to search from there. I couldn't see much from down here. But a small path, probably deer, led to the forest to the west. It was worth a shot. "Maybe through there?" I asked, motioning toward the path. Woods meant trees...double standard. Safe from rain, but attraction for lightning. Hopefully we'd find a cave, or an old fox den or something.

I looked at her again. She scanned the area. Then she looked at the sky. I knew she couldn't fly with this. It would be certain death. Then she looked back down. She scanned around and saw a path. She insisted that we take that. "Sure that would work." So I started to jog over to the woods. I looked back and she was following me.As soon as I was under the trees my fur stopped flaming. It was still glowing, but not flaming. I sighed. I tried to get it back to normal, but it wasn't working. I looked around, trying to see something. There were so many trees... Then I spotted a cave. "There." I turned towards the cave and got a little faster. I was sure she would be able to keep up. I ducked inside the cave, instantly cooling off and changing back to normal. Ahh felt good. I shook out my fur and welcomed her in. Just as she got in I felt the ground shiver, and a bright lightning bolt split the darkening sky. A loud crack shook the whole earth and sent chills up and down my spine. [/blockquote]

Galadriel::
That certain eerie silence filled the air as we ran trough the woods. Spike led us into a cave nearby and I watched him change back to normal. Just as I smiled, a splitting, spine chilling sound surrounded me and I dashed inside, my whole body shaking as I curled up against Spike. I didn't think about anything but that horrible noise, not even that this handsome wolf was my chosen comfort, and that this might be weird for him. No, all I thought was Ahhh! I whimpered a little, a doggy whine emitting from my white muzzle. I closed my eyes and leaned into Spike, still shaking. I hated lightning.

I turned to look at her as she was about to come in. She smiled as she saw me shift. The crack that split the sky sent her fleeing for my comfort. She came and pressed against me, letting a whine slip through her teeth. I smiled as she pressed harder against my chest. I looked down and whispered in her ear. "It's all right love. Just thunder." I looked outside the cave. Still raining. I wondered if she had any family. So I decided to ask. "Galadriel, do you have any family that may be looking for you?" I tilted my head to the side. She looked up at me with large, fear filled eyes. It touched my heart. I really felt bad for her. I looked back out at the thundering storm. The rain pelted the ground, creating large holes. The lightning split the sky once more, this time closer. A thundering boom followed by a shiver that shook the ground made her press harder against me. I put my head down over her neck to comfort her.

OOC:// Watch the powerplaying, there.
Galadriel::
I shook as the thunder rumbled so close. Spike's words came in my ear and I blushed a little, realizing what I was doing. I looked up at him, still scared, but glad he was here. "Only my brother...he's probably worried, and mad on top of that...I kind of snuck away from him when he was asleep." Then I felt bad, knowing what I had done to Aragorn. He'd be so worried about me, as all overprotective family members are when a loved one goes missing. What would he think?
When the lightning cracked again, I fell against Spike again, my thoughts interrupted by the sudden sound. I absolutely hated storms. To a wolf with wings, the air means security. You can get away. When you put lightning there, it takes away our escape. Other wolves might be used to this, but not one that flies. It's like being a caged lion.
I looked up at Spike again. "When will it be over?" I asked softly, holding back the urge to run away. I sat back a little farther from him, letting him have more room in the tiny space we we're hiding in.

SpikeAhh yes. Her brother. She told me about him when we first met. I looked around. He probably would be worried... Then she asked me when it would be over. I looked outside with absolute concentration. I wasn't sure. "Normally storms of this category will last for close to an hour, if not more." I told her. "I should probably try to find your brother. It shouldn't be hard, considering you said he's a fire wolf like myself." I got up and walked to the mouth of the cave. My fur glowed with the slightest touch of moisture. I let out a long, deep howl, trying to see if there were any response, and if there were, I'm sure she could recognize if it were him... I looked around, searching for any hint of fire. He most likely is mad, as she told me, and if he is, there is no doubt he'll change. So with the rain, and anger put together, he should be putting off some pretty good sized flames. The rain was coming down even harder now, which made my fur flame some. Ech. I hated rain. OCC:// Oh lol sorry

Galadriel::
Spike told me he planned to go find my brother. I shuddered to think of going out in the storm. "Are you sure it's safe?" Then I was overpowered by fear for Aragorn and looked down. Although I was nervous about Spike, I couldn't let Aragorn stay out there. And I was just too scared to go out. His howl called out and we waited. Then I heard a distant howl. It was my brother. "It's him!" I ran to the mouth of the cave and looked out, staying safely away from the water.
Aragorn::
The rain was coming down hard now. Lightning cracked open the sky, and despite my anger, I was entirely too worried about Galadriel. I heard someone howl nearby and I returned it. It sounded male, but I couldn't be sure. I headed toward the sound until I saw a distant flame. I looked down and noticed that I was also flaming. But not as much as I would if I let go to my anger. I only hoped the other fire wolf would know where my sister was. What if she was taken?

One light, that's all I am, Right now I can barely stand, If you're everything you say you are won't you come close and hold my heart I heard the returned howl. I looked around, and spotted a flaming wolf. Definitely him. I barked at him over the rain, trying to get him to come. I motioned for her to come closer, maybe if he saw her, he would come easily. I couldn't tell what he was thinking, but he looked frantic. Of course he would be scared for her if they really were as close as she insisted. I barked again, trying to capture his attention. I pushed her away from me, out of reach of the flames, and then stuck my foot out of the cave, instantly combustive. I stepped out into the rain, flaming. I looked around for him again, and spotted the tall flames, streaming from every point on his frame. I wandered through the rain, dodging trees. "Exuse me sir, you look like you are searching for someone. Just so happens she's searching you you too."I motioned for him to come with me, leading him back to the cave. I took a few steps, and checked to see if he was coming with me.

Galadriel::
Spike motioned for me and I came to his side. Then he pushed me a little out of the way, gently, and I knew he was about to go full flame. Then I noticed the other flame in the distance. "My brother!" I jumped into the rain, but I remembered the danger and slid back inside, nervous again. Aragorn came closer and Spike went out to meet him.
Aragorn::
The flaming male came to me and I noticed a white wolf behind him. Could it be her? When the male approached me, I was on guard. His words registered but all I could think was, if he hurt her he dies. I suppressed a growl, not wanting to set off a fight just yet. When he led me to the caves, it was all I could do not to run past him to check on Galadriel. Finally we reached the cave and I ran up to my sister and looked her over. She nearly got herself burned running up to me still on fire. "Watch it, G. Flames." She stepped back but her eyes were dancing with excitement. I smiled at her as I started to change back, flames dying down and body cooling. Then she hugged me, in that wolf way, and I laid my head on her neck. "Galadriel, where did you go? I told you it was dangerous. You shouldn't have left." She sighed and stepped back, nodding, and told me she was sorry. Then she looked at the other male and introduced us. I nodded to him. "Thanks for watching after her..." I looked him over, still weary of him.

Spike::One light, that's all I am, Right now I can barely stand, If you're everything you say you are won't you come close and hold my heart He followed me until we were almost there, and then pushed past me to get to her. I glanced at the ground then back up to them. I wished I could have had such a relationship with my sisters... I looked at her and a small impish grin spread across my lips. She hugged him tightly once he wasn't flaming anymore. I stood outside the cave in the rain, prepared to leave, for I knew he would want me to leave them alone. I turned to go, staring through the trees, watching the rain comp down even harder, in large, bulbous drops. The rain sizzled and steamed every time it touched my coat. Then I heard him thank me. I turned my head to look at him, nodded once and murmured a soft "your welcome" and then turned back. Then I started to take a step, hoping Galadriel would ask me to stay. I caught myself. What? I wanted her to ask me to stay? I had never had these types of feelings before. It caught me off guard. I wasn't used to it. I blinked a few times, trying to dishevel my brain.
