She shook her head. "Say what you want." As his tail brushed against her, her tail lifted to wag and then she'd shake her head and lower it again. Sitting by the stream she looked at the water as it swirled by in a sweeping motion. |

"But I'm saying the truth, really!", he laughed, and shook his head. "Hopeless," he muttered under his breath, teasingly. Kaine pretended not to notice her odd movements.

She fidgeted a little and layed down keeping her tail between her legs. Keeping her eyes on the water sweeping. She looked up at him. "You can try to sway me all you want." she smiled and then stood again. "I'm hungry." She nodded and trotted off to find some food. |

His eyes confused, he nevertheless followed her, staying at her side. "I'll come, if it's allright. It'd be nice to get some fresh meat.", he suggested.

She yipped a little hearing his voice so close and behind her. "Oh, yeah sure, if you want." She sighed and picked up her speed, her nose close to the ground. Rooting around she picked up the trail of some deer. Seeing the shapes ahead, she slowed and crouched low to the ground picking her target. She avoided the young fawns and their mothers feeling maternal, and settle for and old doe that seemed to be limping. Sighed she stalked closed and then bolted out, snatching the doe by the neck in once swift move. Tightning her jaws, the doe lowered to the ground and ended it's life. Lilly licked her lips and ripped at the back leg chewing it contently. |

He backed away, alarmed at her reaction. His mother hadn't been like this so much. He picked out a buck a ways away from Lilly, hoping not to frighten her further. Bringing it down easily with his size, he killed it quickly, ripping off a foreleg.

Lilly filled herself and noticed Kaine off aways. She sighed feeling bad and even missing his company. But the fact she was in heat made her skittish and a little off gaurd. She growled at her self and laied down to clean her paws and muzzle, glancing over to the male every so often. |

After picking the bones clean, not a piece of flesh remained. Kaine laid down, and cleaned his paws, licking his chops. He glanced at Lilly, who he noticed glanced at him warily again. He wondered if she'd been doing that for a while. " Trust me, I'm not going to try anything. That would be...deceiptful and wrong. But anyways, good meal, eh?", he asked, smiling tentavely.

She smiled her tail twitching just a little. "I know, i'm sorry. I don't want to act this way, i've just had to be on gaurd my whole life." She hung her head and sighed. "It was a good meal." she added looking up at him again hopefully. |

"It's allright, I just wanted to tell you. I've grown up in an honest family.", he laughed. Not wanting her to feel ashamed, he got up and moved close to her, though not close enough to touch her. Kaine wagged his tail slowly.

She smiled up at him and wagged her tail in a response. The strong scent wafted up in the empty air. She stood and shook out her coat. "I know you're a good guy." She walked off then heading for her little water puddle for a drink. |

Kaine rolled his eyes. "After all the benifical points of a stream, you still choose to go and drink from a puddle....", he exclaimed, standing up and following her, making sure to make as much noise as possible to make sure Lilly knew he was coming.

OOC: i'm trying to fix it. "I like my little puddle." She lapped up her fill and then rolled in the tiny puddle getting her coat all muddy. Standing up she shook off and rolled in the grass to clean her coat. By the time she was done she was all sparkling again. Smiling she looked to the male. "How do you like that?" |

She scratched the ground with her claws. "Well good for you." she said widening her eyes. She walked forward after him bouncing up and down in a happy mood her tail wagging. The smell of her heat was starting to bother her the stronger it got and she sneezed. |
